Things move at an astonishing pace at dezrez! It’s hard to keep up! We have a heap of new features coming shortly and some internal plans to make our customers experience better. As well dezrezPM taking shape at a rate of knots (it’s being installed at our first clients next week) there’s lots more happening.
Our iPad valuation app is in testing with Apple at the moment. This is free to all our customers and will make the valuation process slicker and more professional. It should be with you in 2 weeks! The Val App app also contains a brand new help system. We are beginning work on a new way of delivering help in bite size useable and relevant chunks. This is being rolled through our new property edit screen which is now available and will be on general release very soon. Let us know if you want it before!
We have also concentrated on a support centre that will be included in the software very soon containing help videos, ideas and useful links.
We’ve been to see our friends at BYM this week. Check their kit out its great! We are currently working to make our own newsletter more effective so we deliver relevant news direct to you, and also be more on the ball with letting your agency know about changes and improvements to our system. This will be our last old style newsletter!
Finally our new internal phone system is fully up and running and we have full transparency on who’s calling and the frequency and demographic of these calls in real time. Our aim is to make it easy for you to get through to us and still ensure we answer your queries giving you the time you require.
